We need you to develop container management software to solve some of our clients' toughest challenges.As a senior platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change. On our team, you'll hone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environment with container software to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform experience, you'll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.You'll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you'll continue to strengthen your DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.Work with us to use cloud platform technology for good.Join us. • 3+ years of experience with configuring cloud environments and tools in AWS
• Experience in AWS cloud engineering
• Experience with Linux administration
• Experience in installation, configuration, and management of open-source tools
• Experience with containerization, such as Kubernetes or Docker
• Experience defining secure-based cloud architecture while adhering to development methodologies, engineering, and cloud standards
• Knowledge of networking such as firewalls, route tables, or DNS
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and pipeline developmentNice If You Have:
  • Experience with creating Terraform scripts to streamline AWS infrastructure provisioning
  • Experience developing cost management and optimization recommendations for client organizations
  • Experience developing, deploying, and troubleshooting IaaS environments
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
