  • Customer Service Description: This person will be providing phone and remote technical support to users across the country. They will be using a ticketing system to document tickets, which could range from printer, network, and VPN connectivity, to troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, virtual desktops, and Windows 10 issues.
