- Customer Service Description: This person will be providing
phone and remote technical support to users across the country.
They will be using a ticketing system to document tickets, which
could range from printer, network, and VPN connectivity, to
troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, virtual desktops, and
Windows 10 issues. This individual must also have some VPN support
experience, as well as Active Directory support (resetting
