Job Description:
Introduction
This position supports collection efforts of the Central Collection
Unit (CCU) by developing methods to increase the accuracy and
efficiency of database software applications to maximize
collections. This is a special appointment position that serves at
the pleasure of the appointing authority. A hybrid work schedule is
available.

POSITION DUTIES
This position supports the collection efforts of the Central
Collection Unit (CCU) by developing methods to increase the
accuracy and efficiency of database software applications to
maximize collections. The duties include:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university in accounting, finance, business administration, public
administration, human resource management, information technology
or other related fields with specific coursework in the structure
and use of automated information systems.
Experience: Six months of experience providing problem analysis and
ongoing user support, coordinating system development and
implementation, and training users on the functionality of
applications for agency or statewide systems housed on mainframe or
large client server platforms.

days of paid parental leave upon the birth or adoption of a child.
Holidays - State employees also celebrate at least twelve (12)
holidays per year. Pension - State employees earn credit towards a
retirement pension. Positions may be eligible for telework.
