• Proficiency in ITS technologies, including traffic management systems, electronic toll collection, adaptive traffic signal control, and incident detection/response systems.
• Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and their application in transportation systems.
• Strong engineering analysis skills, with the ability to perform complex engineering tasks and analyses efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and conducting technical bid analyses.
• Knowledge of international standards, specifications, and procedures related to ITS and transportation engineering.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools for data analysis, modeling, and simulation.Profile
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for providing ITS advice and guidance, collaborating with project teams, and interacting with stakeholders.
• At least 12 years of experience in intelligent transportation systems (ITS) engineering, with a focus on reviewing, designing, and implementing ITS solutions for road and highway projects.
• Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for ITS projects.
