Solution Design and Implementation:
Develop and implement Enterprise IT solutions to include secure
software development pipelines, hybrid network architectures, and
data analytics solutions ensuring robust Enterprise IT systems that
meet the mission and business needs of our customers using a
systematic approach.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely
with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, North Star, that
cascade to operational and tactical solutions. Implement innovative
architectures that enhance our customers technological capabilities
while meeting their mission, business, and resiliency needs.
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the
development of business area strategies using horizontal
integration,and Enterprise IT hybrid architectures that meet the
stringent requirements of various current programs and future bids
across the Federal Government.
Innovation and Research: Maintain
understanding of technology landscape through research and
interaction with vendor partners on roadmaps and new offerings.
Introduce innovative technologies and capabilities to current
programs while simultaneously supporting immediate and midterm
pursuits. Engage in future forecasted customer engagements with a
multifunctional team of business, technological, and operations
professionals participating in concept development, white paper
generation, and directed research.
Professional Development: Exchange
ideas with senior leaders in both Government and industry while
attending and participating in professional conferences targeting,
not only Government sector, but industry at large; as well as
providing mentorship for future leaders of the organization.
Strategic Partnership Building:
Encourage collaboration and customer intimacy by traveling to
customer sites throughout the greater Washington area and beyond.
Meeting with customers during execution of current programs and
forecasted future programs to ensure holistic understanding of
customers mission and business needs and be able to provide
professional insights, consultancy, and trusted advice to our
customers to encourage current and future business and capability
growth.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and twelve years of relevant work experience
or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience supporting large-scale development efforts involving
diverse teams of technical and operational specialists and
involving the development of novel or innovative new
solutions.
- Five or more years of experience with Government proposals
including technical solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to decompose complex hybrid IT
architecture and systems requirements into easy-to-understand
solutions with clear value propositions.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively at
the most senior levels of Government (customer) and Corporate
management (company) to articulate the understanding of their
mission needs and requirements and to communicate the value and
benefit of your solutions.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the state of the art in
commercial tools and services for Enterprise and Mission IT use
cases.
- Professional level certification related to Enterprise IT
Architecting (e.g., CISSP, -ISSAP, -ISSEP, Enterprise Architecture,
CGEIT, AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, etc.)Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and win complex opportunities with
the Federal Government and experience leading winning proposals
with total contract value on individual deals over $100M.
- Knowledge of software development, containerization, automated
DevSecOps pipeline tools and cloud native design principles.
- Knowledge of system engineering to include full lifecycle and
development methodologies including requirement engineering,
configuration management, technical baseline management, cost
estimating and analysis, and decision support methodologies.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles for Architecting,
Engineering, Governance, and Operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies
including scope, cost and schedule and resource management to
include Earned Value Management.
- Experience collaborating across organizations and OEMs,
participating in industry forums and conferences, and writing and
presenting technical papers.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$164000 - $278800Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
