Job Description:
Our client is a prominent player in the DC Financial Industry
and is looking for a skilled Service Desk Associate to join their
team. The right candidate will be extremely polished and
comfortable working with C-level executive on a regular basis.
Title: Service Desk Associate
Authorization: Green Card / US Citizen
Rate: $30 - $35/hr. Pay
Length: 6 months Contract to Hire.
Location: Washington DC
Technical Considerations:
- 3 ? 5 years? experience in a service desk environment
- Windows 7 support 3 -4 years (MCSA Windows 7 preferred)
- MAC support (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
preferred)
- SCCM familiarity
- ITIL Foundations
- Mobile phone support (MACD?s) is an asset. E.g. working with
provider to change plans or order phones
- Cisco IP Phone support is an asset. We are a complete VoIP shop
so call manager experience would be great.
- AV/VTC experience is a plus.
Other considerations:
- Worked in a high end and demanding support environment like law
firms, consulting firms or the big finance houses.
- Impeccable soft and communication skills (very polished)
- Willing to work in a business attired environment (Suit and Tie
and Dress Suits)
- Confirmed background and credit checks by recruiter before offer
can be made
