teams and leaders across the firm, the Events Specialist will
manage events with an innovative approach, high attention to
detail, and unparalleled level of service. -The Events team is
responsible annually for the management of 100+ in-house and
off-site partner meetings, 600+ virtual events, firm hosted
incentive trips, and firmwide internal events.This position is
located in our Washington, D.C. office.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree w/ strong academic record
- 1 year of post-Bachelor's work experience
- Working knowledge of common workplace tools such as Outlook,
Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success delivering service both internally and
externally
- Experience working in a team environment, as well as
autonomously
- Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with internal and
external clients
- Positive attitude, poise and judgment
- Internal candidates must be able to demonstrate a record of
achievement throughout EAB tenure
- Willing to travel up to 40% (-1-2 times per month) domestically
to conferences and EAB events

- Experience planning or supporting events, either professionally
or personally
- Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet
business goals
- Ability to take initiative on projects
- Demonstrated analytical skills

every day.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary this role is
$52,000 per year.This hire will additionally be eligible for
discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable
compensation may depend on various factors, including, without
limitation, individual and organizational performance.Consistent
