Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer contacts via phone for billing, technical
troubleshooting, and content inquiries
Translate technical jargon into easily understandable language for
users
Collect user feedback and relay it to the appropriate department
for improvement
Required Qualifications
Flexibility to work within the Customer Care Department hours (7 am
- 6 pm Pacific)
Goal-driven and outcome-oriented work experience
Curiosity about technology and ability to learn quickly
Strong typing skills of at least 50 wpm
Prior experience with Zendesk is a plus
