Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for packaging bulk and foreign shipments according to provided instructions and processing them through the company shipping system. This role also involves labeling cartons, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pack journals for shipment
• Label cartons as required
• Complete paperwork and enter transactions into the system
• Demonstrate proficiency with shipping software and postal scales
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with housekeeping in the Distribution area
• Perform other assigned duties Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Good reading comprehension skills
  • Basic math and counting skills Desired Skills and Abilities:
    • Previous shipping experience Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
