exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work
remotely (100% from home) to support managers & employees on the
east coast.The successful candidate will work EST hours.UNION
experience is a must.Serve as the HR consultant to client groups
and employees. Provide HR support to clients and employees on
day-to-day issues and inquiries. Partner with colleagues to deliver
HR programs including employee/labor relations, coaching, HR
training, and performance management to ensure they are equipped to
meet the organization's business goals and mission. Provide
support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all
volunteers.The American Red Cross is seeking an HR expert who can
support our Blood Services employees and managers. This Human
Resources Business Partner will be supporting approximately 700 to
800 employees, representing multiple labor unions. Therefore,
demonstrated HR experience supporting multiple unions in various
locations is an integral part of being successful in this role.
Hands-on labor relations experience is an absolute MUST for this
