Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
to drive outbound sales efforts and establish client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads using various tools
Execute outbound campaigns via email, cold calling, and social
media
Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or
related field preferred, or at least 1 year of relevant
experience
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience using email outreach tools such as Outreach and
SalesLoft
Self-motivated and results-driven with a history of meeting lead
generation targets
Ability to conduct thorough market and customer research to
identify leads
