Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to manage customer interactions and service requests.



Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, determining priority and category for service requests
Process emergency management requests and escalate to appropriate leadership as needed
Provide accurate information and follow-up with customers to ensure resolution of issues


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to type 40 words per minute required
Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers required
Experience with a case management system preferred
