Brief:Strategic Leader, ForageAs a Strategic Leader, you'll be at
the forefront of our enterprise partner relationships - responsible
for owning and nurturing those relationships on behalf of
Forage.Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the Success/Product Adoption relationship: Manage
relationships with high-value Strategic Accounts including several
Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and run quarterly
business reviews.
- Relationship Building: Initiate and build strong, enduring
relationships with business users and VP level executives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Account
Management team and cross-functional teams to ensure client
success.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans
to maximize value for clients.
- Internal Customer Advocacy: Identify new opportunities to
unlock value for your customer through collaboration with internal
teams.
- Metrics Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed partner
success metrics.
- Industry Insight: Develop familiarity with relevant industry
and market trends.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and
3-4+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of proven success managing large enterprise
accounts.
- Strong track record of navigating large organizations and
building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with business
users and VP level executives.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue and
retention targets.
- Experience managing a high-value book of business.
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail.Ideal
Qualifications:
- Commercial, ambitious, scrappy, and results-oriented.
- Deep sense of curiosity about customers and products.
- Self-starter who believes in building meaningful
connections.
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an
equitable working environment.Compensation:The anticipated starting
salary range for this role is $51,500 - $75,000 per year. Actual
salary varies due to factors including relevant experience, skills,
and location.This hire will additionally be eligible for
discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.This opening is not
