Job Summary

• This position oversees the day-to-day operation of the Produce department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive store image.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure success in their roles.
  • Training and Development: Works with the Produce Trainer to train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
  • Department Maintenance: Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
  • Performance Evaluation: Provides timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations to Team Members.Requirements
    • 12+ months retail experience
    • Extensive knowledge of Produce team procedures and policies
    • Strong demonstrated organizational and time management skills
