Founded in 1993, MTSI today has employees at over 20 offices and field sites worldwide.For more information about MTSI, please visit .Responsibilities:As a Senior Systems Engineer supporting this customer, you will be responsible for providing program, systems engineering, and acquisition support to the government team lead.Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
    • Providing program, systems engineering, and acquisition support to the government team lead
    • Collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting technical data relating to weapons system acquisition projects
    • Engaging with programs to assess performance-to-plan and technical risks
    • Tracking program/project status and schedules
    • Performing analysis of project status and generating high-quality technical reports and presentations
    • Communicating with Government team counterpartsQualifications:Required:
      • Knowledge of DoD systems engineering requirements, acquisition policies, and Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Systems (PPBS).
      • BS in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, or physics or equivalent experience.
      • 7 years of systems engineering/integration experience.Desired:
        • Knowledge and capability in planning, management, budgeting, coordinating technical requirements, and contract requirements.
        • 3 years of USMC command and control (C2) experience.Clearance Requirements:
