Location:Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin us as a full-time Move-in Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. In this role, you will serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building. The move in coordinator functions as a liaison between community departments and residents. Interfaces with residents, family members, department managers, nursing staff, resident services, outside callers, social workers, accounting, medical staff, sales/information and outside networking professionals. Completes all necessary paperwork (contracts/leases and all move documents) for all move ins to: assisted living, memory care, long term care and skilled nursing. What we offer

  • Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care.
  • Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.
  • Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.
  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety.
  • Developing referral network within the community for available services
  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documentsCompensation: Up to $28.00/hour based on experienceWhat you will need
    • Experience in Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Assisted Living Facility (ALF), or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
    • Knowledge of health care/insurance industries and health care delivery systems
    • Some weekend, holiday, or on-call work may be required
    • The set schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pmPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
