analytics, and advancement.The Real Estate and Ops Support
Department is seeking applicants interested in the position of
Facilities Associate. This role will be responsible for
coordinating day-to-day Washington, D.C facilities operational
needs as well as supporting audio-visual requests for our
conference rooms.Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily office walk-throughs, ensuring every floor is
clean, functional, and fully prepped for productive work and
meetings.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, manage freight shipments,
and coordinate smooth delivery of resources across the team.
- Coordinate building access - assisting with assigning,
troubleshooting, and administration of security credentials.
- Be the go-to person for facility-related issues-diagnosing
problems, implementing fixes, and improving spaces.
- Schedule, document, and oversee maintenance and repair
visits.
- Remain accountable to service tickets, ensuring solutions are
implemented in a timely manner.
- Support setup and teardown of furniture, equipment, and
audio-visual systems for events.
- Maintain knowledge of building systems, security, and safety
protocols.
- Assist with scheduling building amenity reservations.
- Connect with staff to build rapport and understand their needs
for excellent service.
- Assist across all Business Solution teams, including Events and
Tech Support.Basic Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or GED
- 1+ year work experience
- Demonstrated success delivering service both internally and
externally
- Proven multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach to
work.
- Experience using Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiar with
Power Point
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Positive, polished, poised, and professionalIdeal
Qualifications:
- 1+ year work experience in a technical and/or operational
support role
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office
management
- Proven experience in facility maintenance
- Experience developing organization tactics to meet business
goals
- Experience in event and AV setups

salary (base) for this role is $40,000 per year. Actual salary
varies due to factors including relevant experience, skills, and
