Description: About SIR The Society of Interventional Radiology
(SIR) is a thriving professional medical society dedicated to

professional association that supports nearly 9,000 interventional
radiology physicians, trainees, medical students, scientists, and
clinical professionals. SIR is also comprised of SIR's 501(c)(3)
Foundation, which focuses on research and fundraising to advance
the future of interventional radiology. Together SIR and SIR
Foundation have nearly 50 staff, combined annual revenues of $10
million, and assets of $18 million.
Position SummaryThe Coordinator, Learning Experiences will provide
excellent technical and customer service support externally and
internally, supporting the Education & Programs team daily. The
position requires experience managing a Learning Management System
(LMS) and a Content Management System (CMS), is proficient in the
entire Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and is
comfortable creating and editing course content using online tools
and resources (e.g., Articulate 360 suite of products). The
Coordinator Learning Experiences will work under the supervision of
the Manager Programs Logistics and cross-departmentally to ensure
that all educational platforms provide a seamless user
experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Provides excellent,
proactive customer service and technical support internally and
externally for all educational platforms. - Manages the daily
operational performance of all educational platforms, including
Video Library, AMS, CMS, LMS; troubleshoots issues and
collaboratively works with the platform vendors for a seamless user
experience. - Maintains and is responsible for the LMS that
facilitates training across multiple models, such as remote live
training and on-demand self-paced training. - Understands the
integrations between interconnected systems to ensure seamless
operation (e.g., Video Library, AMS, CMS, LMS) - Supports with
content editing to maximize learner interactivity, engagement, and
learning for maintaining the SIR Learning Center courses, including
quality control testing. - Ensures user data collection and
organization (e.g., test questions, survey responses, course
completions).
Secondary Functions and Responsibilities: - Support LMS Migrations
and Instructional Technology Integration. - Supports with research
and examination of training products, reviews samples,
demonstrations and website content; suggests additions or
enhancements for an excellent user experience. - Develops and
maintain procedures and documentation for all business processes
related to instructional technologies and online course delivery. -
Other duties as assigned.
Education:Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of
two (2) years of successful demonstrated work experience and/or
customer support preferred, prior experience in a member-based
organization a plus.
Experience: - Experience with AMS, CMS, LMS and the event
management platform (e.g., Cadmium). - Working knowledge of tools
for developing interactive, multimedia products. - Instructional
design experience preferred. - Excellent communication skills,
verbal and written. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Location

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Small, fast paced open
office environment with moderate noise levels. Use of phones and
computers for extended periods of time. Utilize office equipment
and communication technologies for conference calls and
teleconference meetings/webinars. Requires general mobility to move
through the facility. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Frequent
interaction with internal staff and physician members/board via
phone, in person, email and other mediums. Normal sitting and
standing activities for an office environment. No travel is
expected for this position.
