As a Bakery Associate at 85C, you will work in the Back of House at our Central Kitchen to produce quality cakes, decorate, and prepare for delivery.(Training will be provided)Founded in 2004, 85 -C Bakery Cafe (http://www.85cbakerycafe.com/) is a global bakery & beverage retail business. We provide five-star quality pastries and drinks at an affordable price with over 1000 stores worldwide.Hours: 7 am to 4 pm - Weekend and Holiday availability required.Positions:Production - $18.00 / hourPackaging - $17.50 / hourResponsibilities and Duties:

• Bake and decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Package finished goods and date appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, making, filling, baking, and receiving inventory.
• Work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient bread products and maintain quality to meet 85 -C standards.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or higher;
  • Fast food or retail experience is preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • Acceptable verbal English communication skills;
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
  • Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;
  • Weekend and holiday availability;
  • MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLYThis position requires moderate physical activity including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead are also required. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
