Job Description:
Duties * Manage the installation, testing, operation,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems * Provide guidance on
guidance statements, business case analysis, and system design and
development. * Work with various agencies to identify and integrate
business applications. * Map systems, processes, organizations,
gaps in capabilities, discovers bottlenecks, and other various
system complications within the enterprise architecture. * Inspect
supplies and services to determine acceptability and reject those
that do not meet the contract standards or requirements.
Requirements Conditions of Employment * Male applicants born after
December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification
Statement for Selective Service Requirement. * Proof of U.S.
Citizenship required. * Direct deposit of pay is required. * One
year trial or probationary period may be required. * Appointment
subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a
background investigation. * This position requires a Tier 3 (T3)

application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized
experience which includes test, monitor and evaluate Information
Technology technologies during design, development, procurement
and/or implementation to ensure requirements are met; ensure
compliance of information security/information assurance policies,
practices, and procedures; recommend or advise management on
information system methodologies such as system development
standards, procedures, programming requirements, and documentation;
inspect supplies and services to determine if they meet contract
requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical
of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the
federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute
your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For
this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using
experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is
