A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to serve
as a trusted account manager for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive account management to secure success for strategic
accounts
Coordinate and facilitate communication regarding deliverables and
project management
Support customer initiatives and maintain documentation on
accounts
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of customer-facing customer service experience
2+ years of project management experience
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
Fluency in English
Experience managing enterprise accounts is preferred
