A company is looking for a Principal Customer Advocacy Manager
to oversee client relationships and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service
delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and execute customer success strategies to promote platform
adoption and value
Analyze client support tickets and communicate findings to enhance
client experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or related
client-facing roles in SaaS organizations
Experience in client relationship management and technical
delivery
Technical knowledge with a willingness to learn the platform
Experience in financial services and/or insurance
Solution-oriented approach with a strong service orientation
