OverviewThe -Social Work Clinical Manager is an essential member of the Capital Caring Health Leadership Team, by providing a wide variety of services to support social workers in their everyday practice. - The Social Work Clinical Manager works collaboratively with the Clinical Managers and Regional Executive Director to coordinate all aspects of the patient's care through supervision in accordance with current professional standards and practice. Location: - Falls Church, VAHours: - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with rotation for administrative on callCOVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon startResponsibilitiesThe Social Work Clinical Manager's expertise lies in identifying and addressing the emotional and bio-psychosocial/spiritual needs in advanced illness care through end of life.QualificationsExperience RequirementsMust have 2 - 3 years management experience and 2 years experience in Social Work. - Experience with Advanced Illness and End of Life Care is preferred but not required. Education RequirementsMust have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Social Work accredited college or University.Required Certificates and/or LicensesMust have the highest-level licensure from the governing body for practice from the applicable state, District of Columbia (LICSW), State of Maryland (LCSW-C), and/or the Commonwealth of Virginia (LCSW)Driver's LicenseMust have a driver's license in good standing and access to a vehicle during working hours.
