and measurable outcomes.Job Summary: The Federal Program Manager
will assume a critical role in our organization, responsible for
program management, business development, and maintaining customer
relationships with both the agency end-users and Hirsch channel
partners. This position entails overseeing the delivery of program
output/products, which involves managing a portfolio of projects
and programs and coordinating teams working on various projects.
The Program Manager will primarily support three to five Hirsch
end-user Federal agency customers and their associated channel
partners involved in supporting these agencies and
projects.Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management throughout the life cycle of the
agency program.
- Define program controls, including processes, procedures,
reporting, etc., to effectively manage the specific agency
program.
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure
milestones are achieved across various projects, site deployments,
and programs.
- Manage program revenue expectations and goals.
- Address and resolve risks and issues that may arise during the
program's life cycle.
- Coordinate projects and dependencies between various projects
and programs within the agency program.
- Efficiently allocate and utilize both internal and external
resources across the program.
- Manage stakeholders involved in the program's projects and
programs.
- Ensure that deliverables align across all projects and programs
within the program.
- Develop tactical implementation plans and coordinate channel
partner area and branch activities for consistent execution across
all program elements.
- Assess and negotiate resources required, aiding in deployment
and training at all channel partner levels to ensure compliance
with the program.
- Serve as Hirsch's focal point and entry for channel partners in
support of the program.
- Track and monitor key implementation milestones and results
against performance goals, taking corrective actions as
needed.
- Provide regular, consistent reporting to all internal and
external stakeholders.
- Identify and quantify long-term growth opportunities within the
agency program.
- Conduct interactive training and education sessions on program
issues and opportunities for various audiences, including executive
management, sales, services, corporate marketing, etc.Minimum
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and travel
domestically. Must be able to travel up to 40%.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal agency physical
security systems deployment program management.
- Strong track record as a project manager for large, complex
physical security technology deployments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project and program management
methodologies.
- Understanding of the broader program objectives, including
business and strategic goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to
collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills backed by relevant
experience.
- Proficiency in resource allocation.
- Experience in developing and tactically deploying formalized
strategic plans.
- Sound financial acumen.
- Leading-edge technologist with a broad spectrum of technical
skills and industry segmentation expertise.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation
skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work
seamlessly with executive leadership teams.
- Expertise in facilitating cross-functional teams through
complex brainstorming and decision-making processes.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Effective networking abilities with external industry
Video/PACS technology adoption organizations.
- Security clearance is a plus!Compensation:At Hirsch, we
prioritize pay fairness. Your base salary plays a vital role in our
comprehensive compensation structure, and it is established within
a specific range. This structure allows for advancement as you gain
experience and evolve in your role. Your salary and compensation
will be determined based on various factors, including your
geographical location, skill set, educational background, and work
experience.In the spirit of openness regarding compensation, the
base salary for this position is between $125,000 and $140,000 with
an on-target earnings of up to $180,000.The total compensation
package includes:
