Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Director, PMO (IT
Initiatives/Projects) to focus on process improvement and project
management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring effective scheduling,
costing, and planning
Assess projects for potential issues and develop solutions across
various initiatives
Establish processes and tools to enhance efficiency on
enterprise-wide projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least one project management course
required
4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or
a related field
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and
software
Preferred experience with JIRA, MS Project, Agile methodology, and
managed care industry
Certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt are desired
