internal progression, we are currently looking for a Customer
Support Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Mining
Business Manager, this individual will be responsible for the
effective day-to-day Account Management of designated Customers,
ensuring the execution of the Sales Mining Strategy.The Customer
Support Manager (Site Based) is responsible for the overall
ownership of the customer site relationship and execution of the
aftermarket sales strategy at a site level. The Customer Support
Manager (Site Based) plays a critical role in capturing
opportunities and managing these through to conclusion. This role
is integral in ensuring continued aftermarket sales growth. The
role is also responsible for ensuring the performance of assets to
deliver the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) at a site
level.The ideal applicant will possess exceptional stakeholder
engagement skills, sound business acumen and demonstrated
influencing abilities. Our mining department are an integral link
