Job Description BAE Systems Intelligence & Security designs and
delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions
that support the important missions of our customers. BAE Systems
has an immediate need for a highly qualified Technical Project
Manager to support U.S Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)
Office and the Trident II D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS)
programs.Key roles and technical responsibilities include: Provide
programmatic support in DoD Program Protection areas as it relates
to overall System Security Engineering (Criticality, Critical
Program Identification, Hardware Assurance, Software Assurance
Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Security and Asymmetrical Threat
Vulnerability Management) and traditional security processes
including : Physical Security and Communication Security for D5LE,
D5LE2, CPS, NWS and W93/Mk7 Programs.Support in the creation of
required plans for successful execution of DoD defense acquisition
programs, including Program Protection, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity,
hardware and software plans etc., in accordance with SSP Policies
and ProceduresCollaborate directly with government customers to
create policy, process, and implement appropriate tools for
architecting, modeling, and designing system security
countermeasures techniques and technologies that can defend against
adversary attacks.Work across organizational boundaries and lead
teams to evaluate security risk and define the defense-in-depth
approach that best protects the system's critical technology and
components against adversarial attacks. In addition to the
technical responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:
Demonstrate the leadership behaviors to effectively communicate,
coordinate, collaborate, and work in a visible and proactive manner
across boundaries to deliver positive results. Be a highly
engaging, team-oriented, customer-focused, and self-starting
individual able to respond rapidly to a dynamic programmatic
environment.To coordinate efforts across the SSE community both
internal and external to BAE Systems including SSP
customers.Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development
environment to include: Sprint planning, preparation and use of
Jira to track program progress and create quality
metrics.Experience in performing root cause analysis with respect
technical software and/or hardware deliveries.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills Minimum education and years of
relevant/related d; Bachelor's degree and/or technical
certification in Cybersecurity (CompTIA, CISSP, A+) , or related
field (or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline) with at
least eight years' of relevant/related experience

techniques.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 -
$191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
