Program Manager-Single Site (Residential)SOME (So Others Might Eat)
provides material aid and comfort to our vulnerable neighbors in
the District of Columbia, helping them to break the cycle of
poverty and homelessness through programs and services that save
lives, improve lives, and help to transform the lives of
individuals and families, their communities, and the systems and
structures that affect them. We meet immediate needs with food,
clothing, and healthcare and offer the tools one needs to live with
hope, dignity, and greater independence.Compensation: We offer our
employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that
reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The
salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $76,377.60 and may
be commensurate with experience.Position Description: The Program
Manager-Single Site oversees program operations and implements a
strength-based, client-centered approach to service. Manages staff
and develops approaches to meet program mission and goals.This
position is located at Marian's House, which provides housing for
35 adults and is located on Mellon Street in NE Washington,
DC.Required: Bachelor's Degree; 5 years experience in social
services; 2 years supervisory experience. Prefer experience working
with mental health and substance abuse disorders.Required
License/Certification: CPR/First-Aid; Certification eligible
employees must be compliant with DCMR for applicable fields of
