* Lead daily shifts and operations, staff support and development, and maintain company and legal practices and standards.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
* Requirements:
a minimum of 1-2 years of comparable restaurant manager experience or mature candidates with front of house experience looking to take the next step into management.
Excellent team player with a passion for guest service, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative team mentality.
Fine dining and high volume experience, self-motivated, highly efficient and organized, and a genuine infectious passion for Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
