Job Summary
GPI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Project
Manager to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our
water resources group, you will be responsible for managing client
relations, providing technical guidance, and conducting quality
control reviews. If you have a strong background in stormwater
management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and project management,
we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
--- Manage client relations and development
--- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to H&H staff
--- Conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews of water
resources-related work
--- Develop project scopes of work and price proposals
--- Assist staff in meeting project goals, schedules, and
budgets
Requirements
--- Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of experience
--- Five (5) years of experience demonstrating increasing
responsibilities and a track record of success
--- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
--- Project Management Experience with DelDOT is preferred
--- Design Experience including hydrology and hydraulics analysis,
drainage design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment
control, bridge and culvert scour analysis and countermeasure
design, stream restoration, floodplain permitting, and watershed
planning
--- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
--- Experience developing task proposals and fee estimates
