currently looking for a Manager, DEI Partnerships and Programs to
shape and lead strategy and execution of actions related to
external diversity partnerships intended to advance the
organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals.The
Manager, DEI Partnerships and Programs will be responsible for
instilling operational excellence within processes associated with
partnerships and across the Multicultural Network of Employee
Resource Groups (ERGs). They will also support key programs such as
our peer-to-peer Mental Health Advocacy Program and the ERG's Site
Ambassador Network.In this role, you will:
- Lead and support efforts to optimize existing diversity
partners' offerings for brand awareness, talent attraction,
employee awards, recognition, engagement, networking, and
professional development opportunities;
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with additional
organizations aligned with organizational needs and DEI-related
goals;
- In partnership with Community Investment and ERGs, lead and/or
support strategic expansion of community-based and social impact
partnerships to address longstanding systemic needs and enhance
leader and employee engagement opportunities;
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition, lead and/or support
strategic efforts to leverage existing and/or identify new
partnerships to effectively attract, recruit and hire
underrepresented and historically marginalized talent and build a
diverse pipeline;
- Instill operational excellence within processes associated with
diversity partnerships and across the Multicultural Network of
ERGs;
- Provide operational and tactical support for key programs
including the peer-to-peer Mental Health Advocacy Program and ERG's
Site Ambassador Network;
- Partner with DEI Data and Insights Lead to oversee and
implement appropriate measures to assess impact and outcomes of
programs and partnership-related initiatives.The ideal candidate
will:
- Demonstrate excellent planning, project management, and

- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving, conceptual, and creative
thinking skills;
- Have outstanding relationship-building, networking, and
stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively
engage with and influence others at various levels within and
outside the organization;
- Communicate clearly and effectively through all means of
communication, including written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual
(e.g. emails, reports, presentations, speaking, briefing,
responding, listening);
- Have the ability to advance operational excellence by
instilling discipline and rigor within processes;
- Have knowledge of recruiting strategies and approaches to
effectively build a diverse pipeline;
- Embrace growth and success mindsets, demonstrating
self-awareness, situational awareness, and cultural
competence;
- Lead inclusively through consistent demonstration of curiosity,
courage, compassion, collaboration, and commitment.Work location
for this position is flexible. Remote/hybrid work or on site at a
BAE Systems office will all be considered.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of
related experience (equivalent experience may be substituted for
the degree)Proven track record of leading, cultivating and/or
supporting diversity partnerships, including building relationships
with partners, identifying new opportunities, negotiating
contracts, enhancing the employee experience, and measuring impact,
outcomes and return on investments.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $113080 - $192280Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
