Job Description At BAE Systems, Inc. creating the systems and

individual to lead our new Career Mobility team responsible for
furthering our efforts to build and expand a best-in-class virtual
career center including supportive tools and resources. Reporting
to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Career Mobility, the
Manager, Career Mobility will be responsible for leading the
initiatives to expand on our existing career center framework;
identify new capabilities, resources, and programs; and continue to
help us shape a robust culture of internal mobility for our
employees. This role is also responsible for leading change
management activities supporting the effective implementation of
all career mobility tools including employee awareness, experience,
and adoption campaign. This is a highly collaborative role that
requires very strong teamwork and cross-functional program
management skills while ensuring work product is of high quality
delivered on time and on schedule.Responsibilities include:
- Design and execute ongoing enterprise-wide career mobility
strategy in partnership with members of Talent Acquisition, Talent
Development and the enterprise Talent Acquisition Council. Develop
a roadmap to support the implementation of the strategy.
- Diagnosis career mobility needs across the enterprise and align
strategy with core business needs.
- Benchmark against career resources and support in other
organization - both within and outside of industry
- Design and lead change management initiatives related to
internal mobility
- Provide direction and oversight to all aspects of the virtual
career center, Career Connect, including appearance, functionality,
features, and programs
- Partner with the TA Technology organization on the development
and implementation of the career pathing module
- Work closely with the Talent Attraction team to develop to
visual look and feel of the site as well as refreshing content on
regular cycles
- Partner with the executive sponsors of the various company-wide
talent councils to support their development and career mobility
agenda (e.g. engineering council)
- Identify and deliver increased functionality and enhancements
by exploring new modules to add to the existing platform supporting
our virtual career center
- Partner with Talent Development, Compensation, DEI to integrate
employee experience and the employer brand throughout the career
center and internal mobility process
- Guide the completion of employee facing resources including
documents, guides, video scripts, and more.
- Provide leadership to two team members who will deliver the
employee facing coaching and support resources
- Provide career coaching support to leaders
- Educate managers on the value and business necessity of the
internal movement of talent
- Evaluate the impact of all aspects of career mobility and the
strategy and approach to align with impact and emerging needs.Work
location for this position is flexible. Remote/hybrid work or
on-site at a BAE Systems office will all be considered. Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience (equivalent
experience may be substituted for the degree)
- Experience in leading human resources or talent acquisition
initiatives
- Five years of experience directly coaching and consulting
leaders and other key stakeholders
- Builds critical relationships and demonstrates ability to
influence HR Business Partners and Business Leaders at all levels
of the enterprise
- Demonstrates sound working knowledge of HR technology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
to include written communication and delivering information
sessions
- Experienced problem solver
- Highly effective project management skillsPreferred Education,

pathing or career development tool and resource creation and
implementation
- Experience working in a large matrixed global organization

Salary Range: $124080 - $210980Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
