We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Manager with an outstanding track record in team management and machine control systems. This role involves leading a dynamic team of up to six control engineers who are dedicated to designing and commissioning innovative parcel handling solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, ensuring our projects align with our rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a skilled team of control engineers in the development of custom parcel handling equipment.
• Ensure flawless project execution from concept through completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and architectural standards.
• Excel in system design and development, with a strong emphasis on practical application and operational functionality.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee that all solutions robustly address the end-user's needs.
• Working with customers to understand requirements for design and quoting
• Architect Beckhoff and Rockwell Controls Systems
• 6 Direct Reports
  Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years in electrical controls development Rockwell Allen Bradley.
  • 2+ years of team lead or Supervisory experience of control projects
  • Rockwell and Beckhoff Control systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Experience with Amazon Control Systems preferred
