This pivotal role will see you directing and managing all IT operations, ensuring the smooth and effective running of our computer systems, software, and upgrades. You will be the driving force behind process improvements, implementation, and integration strategies, staying abreast of IT trends and ensuring our company remains at the forefront of technological advances.Responsibilities: As the Senior Director of IT, your role will be multifaceted and will include:

• Overseeing and managing the IT department, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Developing and implementing IT strategies and protocols that align with our company's goals.
• Leading projects and initiatives to improve our IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Ensuring the security of our data and systems, conducting regular audits, and implementing robust security measures.
• Managing the implementation and integration of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Making recommendations for improvements and upgrades based on performance metrics and analysis.
• Overseeing the hiring, training, and management of IT staff, including conducting performance evaluations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Developing and implementing attorney training programs to ensure legal compliance in all IT operations.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify their IT needs and delivering solutions to meet these needs.Qualifications:
