PSP is a mental health service company located in Madison
Valley, a central neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. PSP serves
clients locally but also all over the state of Washington. We have

Seeking: We are currently seeking a Office Manager who is excited
to partner with a well-reputed, forward-looking, fast-growing
mental health organization to deliver top-notch psychotherapy and
medication management services and psychoeducational resources to
those seeking excellent care, conveniently delivered both in-person
and online. Summary Of The Role: The Office Manager will be
responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing
administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our
outpatient mental health clinic. This role requires a
detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills,
the ability to multitask effectively, and the ability to keep a
little twinkle in the eye in the face of stressful situations. The
Office Manager helps create a welcoming and professional
environment for the PSP clients as well as a cohesive and caring
workplace for the PSP clinicians. Details: This role can be part
time (25 hours per week) up to full time (salaried) depending on
the fit of the individual. Job location is at our Madison Valley
office; this position requires 4 days per week in person with the
option for an additional flex/remote day. Pay from $26-$30 per hour
DOE. Benefits include 13 paid holidays, paid time off, medical &
dental benefits. Schedule can be tailored to the individual - hours
are flexible between the hours of 7:30am and 7pm, M-F Specific
responsibilities will vary depending on our needs, but standard
tasks will include: Front desk management, including greeting
visitors and answering incoming calls, problem solving customer
issues with a high degree of sensitivity and care. File and
document management to ensure organization and accessibility
Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
Management of meetings, appointments, and office events for the
administrative team, the public, and clinician educational and
social events Vendor management to coordinate services Community
relationship management to help stay connected with our referral
sources and local partners Gather feedback from team and implement
changes accordingly; Respond to office and billing requests from
clinicians and the billing department; Continue working to improve
the space to be more welcoming, comfortable, aesthetic, and
practical; Delivery announcements Manage office inventory; Remain
responsive via email, chat and Generally helping ensure the smooth
operation of PSP. This position will report directly to the owner,

Compensation: Full-time exempt (option available for a 30 hour .75
FTE adjustment for the right candidate) This role is eligible for
our benefits package, which includes medical and dental insurance
(covered at 50% for the employee); commuting benefit; 13 paid
holidays and PTO package This job will have the option to work
