of June 2025.About the role and where you will be working:As a
Community Deployment Project Manager, you will play a crucial role
in leading and managing Enterprise System Project/s, ensuring
successful implementation, integration, and optimisation of
technology solutions with a focus on Community Services (i.e.,
scheduling, billing, client service management).This role requires
the individual to be a natural collaborator with varied
stakeholders, lead technical teams, and manage vendors to ensure
the infrastructure supports our goals and initiatives with the
customer as the focus.This position is located in our central
office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 - 2 days
per week.We'll also be asking you to:
- Lead end-to-end Enterprise projects, from planning and design
to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and meet
technical requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinating with external
software providers and consultants.
- Guide and mentor employees on safety protocols, ensuring
compliance with relevant regulations.
- Proactively contribute to a welcoming and friendly team
environment.About you:The candidate will have experience in a
similar role specific to Community Deployment.To be considered for
this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience leading enterprise scale system
projects.
- Recognised Project management qualifications (Prince 2
preferred) supported by demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in
similar transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategic direction by
developing and implementing plans, policies, and services that
