champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring
your expertise to drive innovative solutions.General
Responsibilities:Work with product owners to understand desired
application capabilities and testing scenariosUnderstand and
translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value
proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the businessDeliver
solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll
and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while
maintaining high standardsEffectively communicate across team,
Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business
partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvements,
collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and
insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business
results.Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday
updates, fixes and capabilitiesBuild & maintain thorough
documentation for system implementationPrimary contact for
questions related to how the system works from a business and a
technical perspectiveProvide production support for Workday by
troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to
resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or
equivalent certificationAt least 4 years experience in platform
engineering on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or
Successfactors)At least 2 years of experience designing and
developing integration solutionsAt least 2 years of experience
working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or
SOAPPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of
experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including
HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance
Management3+ years of experience designing and developing
integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday
Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions3+ years of experience
working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or
SOAPWorkday Integration Developer certifications1+ years designing
and developing solutions using Workday Extend1+ years of experience
with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service2+ years of
experience in Agile practicesAt this time, Capital One will not

position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this
role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary
information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within
one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is
willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $134,100 -
$153,000 for Senior Platform EngineerSan Francisco and San Jose,
California (Hybrid On-Site): $142,100 - $162,100 for Senior
Platform EngineerIllinois (Hybrid On-Site): $125,000 - $142,600 for
Senior Platform EngineerCandidates hired to work in other locations
will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and
the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer
letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based
incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
